Our child & youth services provide family support and out-of-home care which encompasses a wide range of services aimed at assisting vulnerable families through services such as Respite and Residential Care. These services are provided for children and young people who have been removed from their families on either a short or long-term basis.

Our therapeutic approach to supporting children and young people in our care provides opportunity for learning and development, encompassing a range of specialised services aimed at supporting the child or young person’s placement by addressing their needs in areas of critical development such as:

  • Life skills

  • Education

  • Coping skills

  • Cultural connections

  • Family contact

Co-Ordinated Support Services works within a child development framework and ensures all employees have been trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
