NDIS supports and services for participants fall into three categories: Core, Capital and Capacity building. CSS provides assistance within two of the three categories; core supports and capacity-building supports.
Core supports
Core supports help a participant complete daily living activities such as:
Daily Personal Activities - assistance with:
Personal hygiene activities, such as showering, oral hygiene, or dressing.
Toileting or bladder and bowel management.
Eating and drinking
Mobility to get in and out of bed
attending appointments.
Household Tasks
Our team assists you in day-to-day tasks around the house and to complete chores that ensure you are always sorted when it comes to maintaining your home. Here are some of the tasks you can look forward to getting assistance with:
Cleaning, Vacuuming, Washing, Laundry, Ironing, Dishwashing
Maintenance of the garden and outdoor spaces
Shopping and preparation of meals and delivery
Individualised Living Options (ILO) and Support Independent Living (SIL)
Offering 24/7 support with opportunities for capacity building to improve daily living and other skills while encouraging independence and ensuring your individual support needs are met. That supports you with daily living tasks including preparing meals, cleaning, personal care, medication, appointments and any other daily tasks you may need. You will be supported to be actively involved in the running of your home and making decisions with your housemates.

Short Term Accommodation
Short Term Accommodation (STA) also known as respite is funding for supports in an accommodation where you can choose to stay for up to 14 days at a time, usually away from your home. This could be a short stay in an accommodation by yourself or with other like-minded people. Short Term Accommodation is great for those that have their usual carers who are not available or are looking for a break or individuals that are looking to try something new.

Capacity-building supports assist a participant in building their independence and skills such as:
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordination Team will help you put your plan into action and work alongside you to achieve your goals. We explore the support you need within your community and link you with mainstream services to help get the best out of your plan.

Plan Management
Our Plan Management services handle the financial part of your NDIS budget where we process your invoices from providers and pay them accordingly from your NDIS budget. Our role is to make plan management simple, so you have more time to do the things you want to do and not stress over the financial side of things.
