- Skills based learning and leisure activities that focus on goal oriented educational and recreational programs;
- Accommodation support services assisting individuals with a disability to maintain an independent lifestyle within their own homes;
- Short-term / time-limited Respite services that provide you and/or your carer an opportunity to take a break;
- Your Life Your Choice established to assist people with a disability to self-manage their funding and make choices about how it’s spent. CSS is an approved provider (known as a Host Provider) for the Queensland Government's Your Life Your Choice Self-Directed Support program, and has similar program functions as the NDIS.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) brings significant change for People with a disability, disability service providers, and the broader community. People with disability will be able to exercise greater choice and control over the supports they receive and who they receive them from.
The NDIS means significant differences in the way resources are made available to people with disability. The scheme is currently being trialed throughout many parts of Australia.
CSS are committed to working with new and existing clients and families to smoothly transition to an NDIS model of support. CSS is passionate about working with and partnering with other organisation to deliver a new era of disability support. CSS are excited about expanding its range of flexible and individualised responses through the NDIS.
